COVID-19 POLICIES:

(Updated June 2021) For all events happening after June 21, 2021, all the following guidelines
and protocol must be met and understood in order to lower the risk of contracting or
transmitting Coronavirus. Lack of adherence to the below stated policies will result in our
cast members leaving your event. In the event of this breach of contract, no refunds will be
given, as safety is our top priority.

  • Prior to your event, please confirm with your guests that they are in good health and have not been experiencing any symptoms of the virus. We have committed to screening our cast members to ensure no one attends an event if they’re feeling sick.

  • Mask usage for party guests is at the client’s discretion for all parties.

  • If your household adults and guests are vaccinated, then you can request that our cast members not wear masks at your party/event. It is ultimately up to you whether
you’d like our cast members to wear their masks especially since we understand that
children are not yet vaccinated. Safety is our number one priority!

  • Our party supplies will be sanitized and cleaned before events.

  • Once Upon a Time Parties D.C. cast members reserve the right to leave an event if
they feel their health and wellness is endangered for any reason. Refunds will not be
given for events that do not comply with the above guidelines and/or endanger the
health of cast members. It is your responsibility as a party host to make sure your
guests are compliant as well, including but not limited to: wearing masks, social
